Advanced Call Handling

To handle high call volume applications, solutions can support parallel handling of call queues where operators work on the same call queue. In addition, calls can be transferred from a local control room to a central control room if the operator is busy or absent.

Remote Control and Networking

Various IP intercom technologies allow a control room to support several sites and devices. A number of exchanges and thousands of intercom stations can be connected to the control room over the IP network. From a single security area, CCTV, PA, access control (barriers and door locks) can be controlled with the push of a button.
